Her many years of experience and study in Australia and India give her a depth of knowledge that she shares with lightness and practicality. Former manager of the Satyananda Yoga Centre, Tasmania, she has extensive experience in working with survivors of trauma. She is the author of Yoga Day by Day and has published many articles on yoga in a range of publications.
